Low Maintenance
Stamped concrete requires less maintenance than your regular concrete. All it takes is a blower, sweeper or a hose to get rid of dirt and other debris lying on top. The only real maintenance you may need to do it get the surface re-sealed. Every 3-5 years your stamped concrete may need to be re-sealed if it was sealed in the first placed. This will be sure to keep the longevity of your concrete.

Common Question
Will the Color and Pattern Last?
The main color for your stamped concrete project is mixed directly into the concrete truck. This is done to make sure the color of your choice is mixed throughout the entire stamped concrete project. We then use another color, known as the “release agent”. The release agent has two purposes. The first purpose is to act between the concrete surface and the stamping mat itself to allow us to lift the imprint mats off the concrete surface leaving the intended texture. The second purpose is to add an accent color to the concrete that allows the highs and lows within the stamped pattern to stick out for an appealing look. Eventually a solvent base sealer is applied to protect and enhance the concrete’s look. Making sure a seal is applied to your stamped concrete is important to ensure it keeps its color and durability it needs.
